The Hidden Cost of Trauma
Since 9/11, PTSD has claimed more veteran lives by suicide than were lost in combat.
For civilians, the effects may not make headlines—but they’re just as real. Chronic stress, depression, and unresolved trauma quietly chip away at joy, health, and relationships.
80% of veterans report significant improvement after just one guided psychedelic program.
Less than 10% of veterans who begin traditional PTSD treatment complete it and feel better.
Many try everything—therapy, medication, retreats—yet still feel stuck.
If you’ve been there, you know the hopelessness that comes when nothing works. But there is another way.
my mission
to create safe, supportive spaces for people—especially those who have carried heavy burdens in silence—to explore their healing and growth with psychedelics in a way that is deeply meaningful and lasting.
my story
About Armand
I served with the Marines in Iraq and Afghanistan. We weren’t movie heroes—just ordinary young men thrown into extraordinary circumstances. The battles were hard. The silence afterward was harder.
Depression had been my shadow since childhood, and after the war it grew heavier. The roll call of my fallen brothers grew as well—more than thirty men from my battalion gone to suicide. Thirty empty chairs at tables where laughter should have been.
A decade ago, I had my first psychedelic experience. It cracked something open in me, but I didn’t yet have the knowledge, framework, or support to fully make sense of it. Over the years, with continued healing and integration, that doorway has led me toward lasting change.
Today, as a licensed mental health peer support specialist and as a Lead Facilitator and Lead Coach with the Heroic Hearts Project, I dedicate my work to helping others step into the same light I found. My mission is to create safe, supportive spaces for people—especially those who have carried heavy burdens in silence—to explore their healing and growth with psychedelics in a way that is deeply meaningful and lasting.

More Than a Trip—
A Path to Real Change
Psilocybin doesn’t just mask symptoms—it helps rewrite the patterns that keep you stuck.
It works by:
Quieting the brain’s “default mode network,” breaking the cycle of rumination and negative loops.
Boosting neuroplasticity, making it easier to form healthier thought and behavior patterns.
Allowing safe trauma processing, so you can release what’s been locked inside—without being overwhelmed.
Reconnecting you to compassion—for yourself and for others—which accelerates healing.
With skilled preparation and integration, these breakthroughs can become lasting transformation—not just fleeting inspiration.
